Civil trial practice primarily involving real estate, construction and business litigation with transactional & appellate components Significant trials have included real estate fraud case involving escrow violations, breach of oral contingent fee contract, breach of brokerage listing contract including allegations of fraud, conspiracy & forgery, 4 week bench trial defending shareholder’s derivative action, commercial and residential landlord tenant actions including jury trial with retaliatory eviction counterclaims, and pro bono legal representation of abused & neglected children including termination of parental rights cases.
